Spray Nozzles

Solid Cone Spray Nozzles. Viking VK740--VK789 (Models A-2, A-2X, B-2, C-2, and D-2) Spray Nozzles are "non-automatic" pattern, open, directional-discharge nozzles. They form a solid, cone-shaped spray pattern meeting the requirements for medium- and hight-velocity water spray systems. The spray nozzles feature two-piece construction consisting of a cast bronze body and threaded insert. The insert determines the included angle of discharge and the body construction provides a uniform distribution throughout the discharge pattern. Inserts are available in spray angles of 30°, 60°, 90°, 120°, and 140°, and are interchangeable in a given body model.

Frame Style (Model M) Spray Nozzles. In both automatic and open designs, these external deflector-type nozzles produce a directional, cone-shaped spray. The nozzles have pattern discharge angles of 60°, 90°, 120°, and 150°. The nozzles' small frame allows proper positioning even in congested areas, and the nozzles are equipped with a rugged 5 mm glass bulb. Viking Frame Style Spray Nozzles are available with a brass finish, or black Teflon® coating for protection against many corrosive environments. There are many different temperature ratings and orifice sizes to choose from.
