Residential Sprinklers

Viking's new residential sprinkler line provides some of the best flow characteristics in the industry, along with the extended coverage and the enhanced aesthetics of the traditional Viking Model E-1 Recessed Escutcheon. Viking residential sprinklers are available in a variety of styles including frame style and concealed. The Freedom™ Residential Sprinkler comes in either pendent or horizontal sidewall styles and can be provided in brass, polished chrome, white, or bladk finishes. When combined with Viking's Model F-1 Adjustable Escutcheon, it provides a low-profile, decorative installation.

The 4.2K Residential Horizontal Sidewall Sprinkler VK450 is available for 16' x 22' coverage areas, and has the best overall combination of flows and pressures across all room sizes of any horizontal sidewall. The revolutionary Freedom™ VK440 (Model M-4) with a nominal K-Factor of 4.2, and the VK442 (Model M-5) Residential Horizontal Sidewall Sprinkler with a nominal K-Factor of 5.5 were the first residential sidewall sprinklers specifically tested and listed for use in areas with sloped ceilings with up to an 8/12 pitch. These sprinklers, along with the newer VK450 sidewall sprinkler, are listed for use under sloped ceilings with Viking's standard Model E-1 Recessed Escutcheon, to provide approximately 5/8" of adjustment. These sprinklers also have listings for installation as much as 12" down from the ceiling (refer to the technical data pages).

The Viking Freedom™ Residential Concealed VK425 (Model B-3) Sprinkler with a K factor of 4.1 combines the ultimate in aesthetics and performance. This sprinkler is also available in many finishes, including bright brass, brushed brass, antique brass, polished chrome, brushed chrome, brushed copper, white, ivory, and black.
